Who we are

WanderTransit is operated by Efunlution. Efunlution is the data controller for personal data collected through this site, which means we decide what data is collected and why.

What we collect and why

  • Contact details (name, email) — to create your account, deliver plan downloads, send order confirmations, and, if you opt in, send build tips and new-plan announcements. Legal basis: contract performance, or consent for marketing.
  • Account credentials — to authenticate you and protect your downloads. Legal basis: contract performance.
  • Build configurator inputs (van year, layout preferences, saved searches) — to generate recommendations and remember your choices. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interests.
  • Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Usage and telemetry, device identifiers, IP address — to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests, and legal obligation where applicable.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we share data with

  • Merchant of Record — Paddle.com handles the sale of our products, order management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds.
  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics and support tooling, acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years for transaction records). Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your data protection supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month. Contact us using the details on your order receipt.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege database policies — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to make checkout work. We may also use analytics cookies to understand which plans and pages are useful. You can manage or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break sign-in and checkout.
